We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ANY ELIGIBLE RETURNS.

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
